The
Tea Pak product uses first choice components: our tea is a mix from Sri
Lanka, Kenya and Malawi. Flavouring essences are granular, since these are
the only kind which can preserve the aroma and taste the same through time.

Classic Tea
This tea comes from Kenya, Sri Lanka and Malawi.
It is grown on hill areas which we personally choose and inspect.
The blend of various teas, which we have carefully studied, composed and
checked, brings out the features of each component, something which would
not have been possible using a product coming from one place only.

Theine-free Tea
Like classic tea, this is a mix, which is then submitted to a theine
extraction process, performed by the German company Halssen & Lyon,
world leader in the "caffeine-free" industry. Analysis certificates
are issued for each processed batch; these certificates also state the percentage
of theine and residues still left.

Chamomile
Our chamomile comes from Hungary. It is well known
for its excellent quality, and has a very pleasant flavour and aroma, which
are enhanced during infusion. This products complies with every European
standard, being grown without use of pesticides or chemical additives -
unlike similar products coming from extra-European markets, poor in flavour
and containing a high percentage of pesticides.

Peach and Berry tea
This consists of three kinds of tea, mixed in a
carefully studied quantity in order to enhance the natural aromas which
are subsequently added. The natural granular aromas are provided by the
German company Melchers & Co., leaders in their sector. These aromas
are the only ones which keep their scent unaltered over time, because -
unlike liquid aromas - they do not undergo any evaporation.

Features
Our Bags
Our filter bags are made using natural, off-white,
filter paper. The bag is sealed with a special food-grade metal clamp, in
order to avoid using glues - necessary in the case of thermo-sealed bags
- which could give out traces when in contact with hot water.
The bag has a double-chamber shape, which gives the best results during
infusion.
The cotton string and the label are also attached using a food-grade metal
clamp.
Our Production
Production in Tea Pak is performed by 4 IMA machine
lines for bag packing. They perform the entire production process, from
mixing to final packing, automatically.
Packaging
We adopt the standard European package, with 20
filter bags; the carton contains 24 packages. Our packaging has the classic
design of great brands, printed in 5 colours.
Order and Delivery
The minimum order is for 84 cartons (they can be
mixed) with 7 layers of 12 cartons each, packaged and shipped in pallets
(europallet = 80 x 120 x 110 h).
Minimum delivery time is 10 working days, carriage paid.
